Pricing

Pay for the questions you ask, not the brands you run.

Every plan carries unlimited projects and every AI platform. What you pay for is one shared pool of credits, and one credit is one prompt, asked of one AI platform, on one day.

Included everywhere

Every plan shipsthe whole product.

Engines, citations, sentiment, content work and outreach are on the $29 plan and on the $497 plan, and so are unlimited projects. Nothing is held back to sell you the next tier.

Tracking

  • Citation tracking

Two checks, not one: where an answer names you outright, and where your domain sits inside the pages it cites without ever saying your name.

  • Sourced sentiment

How you are described, traced back to the page the model read.

  • Daily movement

Every shift, earned, lost, held or reworded, surfaces the next day, down to the URL.

  • Prompt tracking

The questions your buyers actually ask, and which of them return you.

  • Competitive rank movement

Your position against the brands the AI platforms keep naming next to you.

Acting

  • Quick Wins

The changes ranked by what they would move, not by how easy they are to list.

  • Content Opportunities

The pages you have not written yet, ranked, each with a suggested title and the buyer intent behind it.

  • KIVA, the writing agent

Drafts the page in-platform against your own Google Search Console data, written to earn a citation rather than to exist.

  • Content optimisation

What to change on a page so an AI platform can quote it, checked against the page you have.

  • Outreach

The third-party pages the models already trust, and who to contact at them.

Reporting

  • Performance History

Every run kept, so a change in the score has a date and a cause attached.

  • White-label client dashboards

Per client and per country, carrying your name. The client never sees Wellows unless you want them to.

  • Per-project reporting

Each project reports on its own, so one account never becomes one blended chart.

  • Exports

Take the record out by project and date range, so a client report is a file and not a screenshot.

  • Team access

Invite the people who need it. Seats are not metered and never change the price.

  • Coverage control

AI platforms, cadence and prompt count per project, changeable mid-cycle.

  • Integrations

Google Search Console and the WordPress plugin, on every plan rather than sold as an add-on.

  • Onboarding and support

The same setup help and the same support on the $29 plan as on the $497 one.

Add one more. The price does not move.

Projects never cost extra. They draw on the same pool, so the constraint moved from how many clients you run to how many questions you ask.

Five clients, one pool

Growth plan, 18,000 credits

15,000 of 18,000 credits a month

  • Client 120 prompts, daily, every engine3,000
  • Client 220 prompts, daily, every engine3,000
  • Client 320 prompts, daily, every engine3,000
  • Client 420 prompts, daily, every engine3,000
  • Client 520 prompts, daily, every engine3,000
  • Unallocated3,000

The sixth client fits in that headroom at no extra cost. Your cost per client goes from $49.80 to $41.50 the moment you win them, and the invoice stays at $249.

Pitch before you pay

Set a prospect up as a project and show them their own citation gaps in the pitch. It draws on headroom you have already bought, so a pitch that does not land costs you nothing but the prompts.

One roster, one invoice

Twelve clients on Scale is $41.42 each, within a rounding error of six on Growth. The roster grows, the per-client cost holds, and the seat count never enters the price.

The part the price tag hides

Five engines on the $29 plan.

Everyone quotes a price against a prompt count. Almost nobody quotes it against all five engines. Read the market that way and the picture changes: the next cheapest plan that runs five is $245.

Prompts you can watch every day

On all five engines

Daily prompt capacity on five engines, by price

  • Wellows Basic $29

    12

No five engine plan exists at this price anywhere else in the set.

  • Wellows Standard $97

    43

Still nothing to compare it against. The market's five engine ladder starts at $245.

  • Wellows Growth $249

    120

    Peec Essential, agency $245

    66

  • Wellows Scale $497

    240

    Peec Growth, agency $495

    166

Above Scale, Peec Scale watches 433 prompts a day for $795, which is more than our largest published plan holds. At that size the conversation here is a custom one. One further plan in the set lists nine engines, Writesonic Agency Starter at $250, but publishes no prompt limit, so it cannot be sized on this basis.

  • Engines

    All five, on every plan

Almost every competitor plan in this set ships one to four engines. The exceptions are Peec's three agency tiers at five, and one $250 agency plan that lists nine without publishing a prompt limit. Wellows never gates an engine behind a tier, so the $29 plan reads the same five the $497 plan does.

  • Projects

    Never a line item

Five of the six vendors here ladder how many brands you can watch, starting at one on the entry plan. The sixth caps its agency plan at ten. Opening a project here costs nothing until you ask it a question.

  • The meter

    One balance, not a cap

Everywhere else the limit is a prompt cap fixed to your tier and divided per project. Here it is a single pool. Push a launch hard this month, let a quiet retainer idle, and the plan does not change.

Frequently Asked Questions

The credit model is new. These are the questions it raises, answered with the arithmetic rather than around it.

Still have questions? Book a strategy call

What is a credit, and how many do I need?

One credit is one prompt, asked of one AI platform, on one day. Multiply your prompts by your engines by the number of days you report on, then by the number of projects, and that is your monthly draw.

The setup Wellows starts you on is 40 prompts across every engine, running daily, on one project. That is 6,000 credits a month, which Standard covers.

How many projects or domains can I track?

As many as you like, on every plan including the $29 one. Brands, regional sites, microsites and client accounts are all projects, and opening one costs nothing.

If projects are unlimited, what actually limits me?

The size of your credit pool. A project sitting there with nothing scheduled draws nothing. A project asking 40 prompts of five engines every day draws 6,000 a month. The work is what costs, not the container it sits in.

Which plan should I choose?

The smallest one whose pool covers your monthly draw. Because no feature is gated, there is no reason to buy a larger pool than your coverage needs, and no penalty for starting small.

The coverage calculator above does the arithmetic with your own numbers.

Which AI platforms does each plan support?

All of them, on all four plans. Engine coverage used to be a tier gate and it is not one any more. It is now a setting inside each project, because turning an engine off is a way to spend fewer credits rather than a downgrade you have to buy.

How does daily versus weekly reporting change what I pay?

Daily reruns your prompts about 30 times a month, weekly about 4.3, so weekly costs roughly a seventh of daily for the same prompts and engines. Two projects at 20 prompts across every engine draw 6,000 credits daily and 857 weekly.

Cadence is set per project, so a launch can run daily while an archive runs weekly.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-cycle?

You see it coming. Wellows projects your run-out date from your current coverage and shows it against the pool, so the moment a new project or a wider engine list would outrun the cycle, it says so before you commit to it.

From there you can move to a larger pool, top the current one up, or trim cadence on the projects that do not need daily.

Can I change plans, and what happens to my credits?

Yes. Upgrades apply straight away, so a bigger pool is available the moment you need it. Downgrades take effect at your next cycle, so you keep the pool you have already paid for until it ends.
